3.23 Tanácsadó Kft. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information.
Data processed: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), area of interest and the content of the message.
Purpose: replying to the enquiry, arranging a meeting, preparing a proposal.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. If the enquiry concerns entering into a contract, the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: for up to 1 year after the enquiry is closed, or until consent is withdrawn. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the data are kept for the period required by the contract and the applicable laws (e.g. accounting rules).
The data entered in the form are forwarded by the website by e-mail to the controller’s mailbox.
When the website is opened, the hosting provider’s server logs technical data (IP address, time of visit, page viewed, browser type). Purpose: secure and uninterrupted operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: according to the hosting provider’s logging practice.
Cookies: the website may use only cookies strictly necessary for its operation. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies.
Fonts: the website’s fonts are loaded from our own server; no external provider (such as Google) is used for this.
External links: the LinkedIn link is a plain link; LinkedIn content is not embedded in the page, and data reach LinkedIn only if you click the link.
Hosting provider: Rackhost Zrt., 6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41., Hungary, company reg. no.: 06-10-000489, e-mail: info@rackhost.hu.
E-mail provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft 365), One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Messages sent through the form and e-mails we receive are stored in the Microsoft 365 mail system.
We do not sell or disclose data to third parties unless required by law.
The website is accessible over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only the controller has access to the data, protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures.
You may at any time request access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR), their rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20), and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21). You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
